New research questions need for 50-50 child custody law

New research on Australian family break-ups questions the need for fathers to be given equal custody of their children, concluding that most dads would not have the time to look after their kids. The findings challenge recent calls from fathers' groups, which say the Family Court of Australia is biased against men when deciding custody issues.
